12 min to downtown; Lovely, huge, squeaky clean, well-appointed, apartments. Enter off the King and Queen Bedrooms, past the bath w/ jetted tub, to the Great Room w/ a modern kitchen & living area perfect for large groups. The Ridgeland offers 3 completely private units that can be rented in any combination with 5+ beds and 2 full baths, lux bedding & fully supplied kitchens & baths. The Space Choose one or all of the sunny spacious and sparkling clean units we offer. Close to 2000 sf of space in each unit. Our first floor unit has three bedrooms and two baths. The second and third floor units both have four bedrooms and two baths. Each unit is completely private and has it’s own entrance doors, kitchen, baths, washer and dryer, and HVAC. Each unit has a porch for tobacco use. The rear garage is full and not usable. Each unit is decorated with furnishings from the Gaylord Nashville Hotel. All beds have pillow top mattresses, bed bug protectors, mattress pads, and down comforters and pillows. We offer free WIFI in each unit.

Cannabis Consumption Policy The Spark Clubs promotes wellness through Cannabis. Translation: NO TOBACCO, CIGARS, CIGARETTES, BLUNTS OR CIGAR WRAPPERS due to the chemicals and carcinogens they contain. We will keep your security deposit to pay for cleanup is this rule is not adhered to. In order to maintain optimal air quality, we have specific areas for consumption. Simply slide open the window in the rear and turn on the extraction fan and all cannabis smoke will extract. It doesn’t work with tobacco because of the chemicals contained in those products. We can always tell if there is tobacco smoke. When booking with us, you give us the right to determine if there was a smoking violation and authorizing us to keep the security deposit for the clean up costs. Guests can smoke tobacco outside on the rear porch. No smoking in bedrooms or building common areas. Vaping, dab rigs, bongs, hookahs as well as regular rolling papers, are fine.

Reservations Please carefully read all reservation requirements, we have a strict cancellation policy. When requesting a reservation, please provide your age, the nature of your visit and include the following sentence: "I have read and agree to accept and abide by the House Rules." Guests who do not provide ages and the purpose of the visit up front may be subject to cancelation. Booking Guest Age Requirements The Spark Clubs hosts mature adults only, we limit our Booking Guests to those 25 and older. Children, under the age of 18 are welcome when accompanied by an adult at all times. You are allowed to book if you will be 25 during your stay with us, or turning 25 during your stay. If you are under 25 and wish to utilize our property, please inbox us. There are times we agree, depending on circumstance, and including a larger security. If you are under 25 and book without permission your reservation will be canceled. This is a perfect example of it being better to ask for permission than forgiveness. If you are under 25 and book our property, or book the property for persons under the age of 25, you are subject to ejection from the premises and no hope of refund. We check.

Pre-Booking Message In this message you will agree to the House Rules and you are also notified you will need to post a security deposit and sign a Short Term Rental Agreement to complete your reservation. You can request a copy of the agreement prior to booking. Short Term Rental Agreement This agreement will arrive automatically after booking. Read the Short Term Rental Agreement. print out and sign, we need a wet signature for insurance compliance. You can take a picture of the document or upload in whatever manner is easiest. Security Deposit ALL reservations are subject to an upfront security deposit of $200 refunded the day of checkout. The Security Deposit may be waived if you are a return Guest with no issues, please message us. The security deposit for approved Guests 25 and under is $500. All security deposits are returned after inspection by our room supervisor, on the day of check-out. Security deposits can be paid through the booking site up to one week prior to booking. Any Guests booking less than one-week to check-in must provide send the security deposit via Paypal or CashApp, no exceptions. Cash is NOT accepted for security deposits. Security deposits can be sent to PayPal.me/HollyDuPart or $HollyDuPart if you use Cash App.

Booking Confirmation and Lock Box Code Receipt In order to receive the lox box code, 1. Upload a valid photo ID, with the name and photo matching the name and photo of the Booking Guest. 2. Upload a copy of the credit card used to book (we only need to see the last four digits) All photos and names must match to be able to receive keys. Access to the unit will only be given to the Booking Guest. The Booking Guest is financially responsible for any damages by Guests. The Booking Guest is responsible for the behavior of all of their Guests while on the premises.

Early Check In Policy Early check-in costs $50, HOWEVER, we are only able to allow early check in if the unit is unoccupied prior to your arrival. Unit turnover takes up the entire time from checkout at 11am until check in at 4pm. This is also our time to make repairs to the units. We are unable to allow any Guests inside of the units prior to check in. We are unable to hold baggage, it would be unsupervised in our hallways and therefore we cannot take responsibility for it. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CHECK IN PRIOR TO 4PM WITHOUT EXPRESS PERMISSION. Violator’s will be fined out of the security deposit. Please note: We can only confirm early check-in 24 hours prior to arrival time. Please request early check in at booking time and we will get back to you prior to check in to confirm. CHECK-IN PROCEDURE Unit keys are inside a color-coded lockbox on the gate. We will send you the lockbox code prior to your arrival. You will press the clear button at the bottom of the box, input your code, then, press the release at the top to open. Late Check Out Policy Check out is at 11am unless you have purchase late check out. All belongings and persons should quit the premises promptly at 11am. If requested in enough time prior to check out, we can rearrange our cleaning staff for a later. There is a cost for this inconvenience of $50. We are not always able to grant late check out, there may be Guests arriving immediately after you.
